All my opinion but it's best place to eat at for those who live nearby in North Memphis and worth a look if you're passing through, the #2 meal is a lot of food for 5 with a 1/2lb burger and a side and a beverage. I read a review that complained the fries are too seasoned...if I went somewhere else I'd be taking care not to make the sprinkle of salt fall off. My only complaint is that sometimes dirt happens here, like a lady running off without paying her locksmith once, I keep going despite it

Incredible burgers. Amazingly hot wings. Awesome, hard-working employees that deserve recognition. So glad i dropped by. 100% will come by again next time I'm in Memphis.

Food was nice and hot Service was extremely slow Atmosphere there was a terrible smell in the parking lot and people hanging around. We almost left after waiting over 20 minutes but glad we stayed the food was great and the price was great Thank you Yomama

I always drive by this spot on Jackson and there is always a line of folks waiting for their food. I decided to pop in and give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a 5 piece party wing with the momma hot sauce and a philly cheese steak. The wings were so fired. Fried hard and crispy but still juicy on the inside. I'm already craving more. The Philly was super good but reminded me more of just a steak sandwhich. It was cooked perfect with crispy edges from the griddle. Yum. Everyone waiting ordered the burger so that's what I will try next time.

Let me tell you something, yo Mama was good dude!!! Amazing prices and flavorful and authentic soul food. I just heard a lot of this place and I need to try it, just you dont came in, they have a windows at the side of the restaurant. Is like a drive tru but this one is a walk true. They accept cards and cash, the juices was excellent too

OMG, I would've never thought to stop & eat here, but a friend recommended it. I'm GLAD I tried the food. It was DELICIOUS. The burger was very well seasoned & cooked throughly. My fries were hot, fresh, & seasoned. I didn't get to try the Yo Mama juice, but hopefully soon. I'll definitely be visiting here again SOON.

AMAZING ESPECIALLY for the price. 5.50 (using card; i think just 5 with cash) is a steal for the fat double smash burger (Regular Mama) Combo that comes with tons of crinkle cut fries and a 20oz soda. I’m more than satisfied.

We wound up at this place by accident, but we are so glad we did. Other reviews said the burgers were great and my husband loved his. We got the regular mama cheeseburgers and they were huge, cooked perfectly, and well seasoned. The double or triple mamas would probably feed a group. The neighborhood looks like it's probably a bit sketchy at night, but during lunchtime, it's fine. There was a long line of hungry people and it was worth the wait!
